RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Management won't let this company go.....
Just to clarify:

1)  the record date is clearly established for the first and second tranche of shares.  Selling your shares now will in no way affect your VIBE shares

2) The only cash component, that may, or may not be coming, is after all is said and done, and any collectibles were realized, there may be some cash yet to be distributed.  For that distribution you must hold onto your shares.   The filing on SEDAR said that the distribution could amount to $0.01  -->   $0.016  I believe.

3)  I wouldn't count on this dividend at all.  A lot of time has expired since the deal.  Who would pay VCAN any amount owing?  Not me.  Plus, those F'ers will take a salary and diminsh any cash anyway

4)  Yes, your shell company scenario is what others are suggesting.

Michael4444 wrote: My understanding is, that we are all hoping the shell will be bought, and then floated on an exchange, under the new product.  The assumption is that our current share holdings will be part of that transaction.  All we can do is wait and see!  On a slightly different note - are we not supposed to receive some cash remuneration as part of the VIBE transaction?  If that is the case, we should retain our current holdings, or we may not receive same.
