Ventura Cannabis and Wellness Corp is a vertically integrated, California-based products cannabis company. The company is currently building out its distribution channel through revenue-sharing agreements with owner-operator of cannabis dispensaries to ensure it's products get premium shelf space. The Company plans to target four segments in the U.S. cannabis and CBD market with products suited to their needs: senior citizens, upwardly mobile middle-aged female professionals, upwardly mobile middle-aged male professionals and individuals suffering from addiction.

it's obvious when these switch over to VIBE shares it will be pretty much at the values that we were up plus a Macdonalds lunch or two.

so I currently hold about 13,000 shares. I think originally was 130,000 shares.
so Vibe I'm assuming about 1300 shares.

well I have a long way to go to get back to my original investment of almost $20,000. Chump change I'm sure to others on here.
