AGMI got my MD&A and proxy statements in the mail today. Meeting will be Nov. 17.
Highlights for me included the purchase agreement for Belleterre which was amended in April 2010 and gives Conway options for the 2nd and 3rd years.
Stock options very low and to be increased to @ 10% from 5%.
Conway's current market cap is about equal to Assets.
Only 3 board members with no surprise disclosures.
Approval for a bulk sample as soon as they can get the mine de-watered. Are the Two holding ponds ready yet?
All they had to do at last report, was line the second one. New ramp to be build right away and many accesses
and drifts to be rehabilitated.
Mgmt open to getting a JV partner to finance further requirements to production of Belleterre Mine. Conway Paquin,
sounds open pittable, so they might just start heap leaching it, with new Green technologies.
Waiting for them to get this thing past 10 cents. All the warrants are at 10 and 12 cents, so I'll be happy to take profits over 10 cents and keep a few shares for a few years and see how this mine turns out. IMO, once Mgmt gets
loaded up on options, this company could move forward very swiftly. I had no idea the de-watering would take so long, I might go back to Mexican miners. In Mexico, it seems, if you have $$$$$, you have permits. LOL
