I have been through this before with other companies. It has been reported in the past 5 days that a former director R. Smuk is disposing of over 9 million shares. Has he sold them all before today?
I am not sure. But, you are correct that the news is outstanding and you should just be glad that once the selling of large blocks ceases, this will climb based on the quality of its prospects moving forward. I anticipate later today or later this week do we see this start to move into the next level (20's and even 30's)
To let you know how highly I think of this latest news, after reading it last night, I decided to put in a bid on the shares this morning at .12 cents higher than yesterday's close. I thought it would have opened over .20 cents for sure so I was happen to scoop a nice position at .175 cents.
The selldown right now does not bother me.....wouldn't even mind if we see another 5 million shares move below .19 cents but once we churn over the 15 million share mark, expect this to start climbing, if not sooner. If it doesn't ....wait for it....it will come from this news I am sure.
