Tim's Health
Tim's HealthTried to do a search back on SH and CEO for when people were posting about Tim's health. Seems like some were in the know well before it was public. Rickystock on CEO was posting back in Jan 2019 saying Tim was very sick - he is no longer active though but there are some comments in reference to that. There might be a few posts at the end of 2018 (December) but I haven't found them yet.
What's everyone's guess on when Tim may have found out? Maybe Oct-Dec 2018?
There has to be some regulations about disclosing something like this?
If there are 12-13 mil shares owned by insiders, then I don't see how this vote will go through. One of the questions I asked OSC was when the cut off date was to purchase shares and be counted towards the vote.
