Another new 52 week high...here's why

We hit an intraday high of $0.12 today, a new 52 week intraday high for ADZ...and had another new 52 week high close of $0.10, on heavy trading volume of nearly 2.4 million shares...WHY???

We are still under the radar of most gold investors, but I suspect this won't continue for much longer. On January 22, 2020, Adamera Minerals announced an option / joint venture agreement with Hochschild Mining on Adamera's Cooke Mountain gold project in Washington State - Hochschild has an option that can be earned in over two phases: 60% earn-in of Cooke Mountain with spending of $8 million USD / $10.5 million CAD over 5 years and additional 15% earn-in with funded and completed PFS within 3 more years. Cooke Mountain is SURROUNDED by PAST PRODUCING HIGH GRADE GOLD MINES with good EXISTING INFRASTRUCTURE and a MILL ALREADY IN PLACE ***see NR for further / full details about this agreement, because these are just the two main components of this agreement that i've mentioned here***

Also, new zones with mineralization discovered by Adamera simply have not been drilled enough to realize their potential. This partnership provides a means to fully test these targets.”

In addition to the Cooke Mountain gold project, Adamera Minerals also have their other 100% owned properties, all located in Washington State - Empire Creek project and Flag Hill Mine project, as well as their Talisman historic copper-silver mine. These other properties are also located near past producing mines. Today's announcement of the closing of their over-subscribed financing, now provides Adamera Minerals with the necessary funds to continue exploration work on these other promising properties.
