Perrier wrote: Sure; I'm happy to address your points.

1.) We have long-term senior care contracts, not much right now but definitely something to be developed  and strengthened given Management's history and background.

2.) Seems like meaningless pump with no data or anything other than your words to support. I have multiple, and when I say multiple, I mean almost a majority of my close friends smoke weed. If you are in Canada, despite federally illegal for rec, it's now to the point where the government cannot and will not stop it anymore; point is, it's a very common thing now. No matter whom I talk to, or whom I ask, not a single person has mentioned "B.C weed is god, only buying B.C weed" or anything of the sort. I'm sure if you are an expert and professional in weed smoking, maybe B.C weed does make an impact, however, you think anyone will care if their weed is from B.C? Those who even understand the difference is probably a small market. You have your "collectors" in every industry who collect alcohol, wine, and are willing to pay more, but the majority of the money does NOT come from this source. Congratulations on HIKU's "B.C weed", but all I care about is the $. I'd rather be Caldbury who sells decent, non-premium Chocolate but making it rain with $ rahter than a niche company that sells $1,000 chocolate bars once a year.

It's all about demand, supply, and consumer dynamics. Just because you have  "B.C weed" doesn't mean anything.  Anyone can replicate as well, so how does this even add any value?

3.) Your entire investment decision is based on the fact that no one else is doing it? That is essentially why I said this merger does not benefit WMD because HIKU is getting the steal and better end of the deal. Due to no precedent transactions, the valuation of this deal could be right or wrong and completely subjective.

To me, what you said is the same reason why I'm doubting this merger. HIKU is all fluff. I don't care if you tell me they have "distribution chains" or this or that. Reality is, they have zero revenue to date. They didn't get any additional retail licenses and does NOT look competitive in any measure TO get these licenses over any other LP. Saskatchewan was a failure. Manitoba is the ONLY possibility. Just like MedMen... HIKU has nothing.

I would prefer this merger doesn't go through and a bigger LP sees the true value and offers the right price. WMD has 20,000kg of additional capacity being built and with the first harvest READY in time for legalization. The capital structure, execution, balance sheet, and position of WMD is significantly better than the majority of cannabis LPs.

Like you said yourself, we wanted to merge with you so we can sell our products at your stores. It's time for you to show your hands and show us what you can do... well so far since announcement, both companies have been slipping with extreme volatility and reality is, please show me how you plan to sell my products with no license and no storefront.

To your question of what I want. I want this merger voted off or higher premium. or another company comes in and makes a real offer. I have this impression that WMD put up a for sale sign to attract a better offer. HIKU was just the first smart one to realize how cheap we were.

Thanks for reply- you are confussed on many fronts it seems --

1- being the most important -WEEDMD WANTS THIS MERGER IT IS NOT FORCED LOL -so care to explain how you an investor with no inside knowledge ( correct me if im wrong) knows whats better for Md bottom line and future growth ??---you do realize HIKU WEBSITE IS UPDATED WITH KEITH AS OUR PRESIDENT*

2-when I say multiple, I mean almost a majority of my close friends smoke weed.
-
well then you should know that avid smokers seek out the best product --The BM(blackmarket) thrives off BC bud- before the generic KUSH term came around in Canada everybody refered to Chronic as BC or strive to get BC bud period-
--maybe B.C weed does make an impact,---VIC AT APH sure thinks it does **as they acquired BROKEN COAST (consensus best) and a supply agreement for DOJA "WEST-COAST" chronic in VICS OWN WORDS.
.Those who even understand the difference is probably a small market.-
actually its the opposite***
I'd rather be Caldbury who sells decent, non-premium Chocolate but making it rain with $ rahter than a niche company that sells $1,000 chocolate bars once a year.--then go buy shares of " greenhouse growers "etc...this method is saturated in the market --it wil be the artisan product that will command the highest margins ^^^*** and with the merger we are lucky to have BOTH ANGLES COVERED***
It's all about demand, supply, and consumer dynamics.--- well you hit the nail on the head **its all about demand- demand for a superior product***hang dried handtrimmed to perfection , not mass produced greenhouse hybrid product..
consumer dynamics? How would WEEDMD HAVE CONSUMER DYNAMICS WITHOUT HIKU LOL---WE ARE THE DYNAMIC SIDE OF THE OPERATION***WEEDMD IS BLAND BRAND .WHICH IS GREAT FOR MEDICAL BUT SORELY LACKING IN REGARDS TO REC APPEAL **

3-Your entire investment decision is based on the fact that no one else is doing it? That is essentially why I said this merger does not benefit WMD because HIKU is getting the steal and better end of the deal. Due to no precedent transactions, the valuation of this deal could be right or wrong and completely subjective.

My
entire investment decision?- we have never had a conversation so not sure how you come to this conclusion **. I INVEST IN DOJA/Tokyo smoke/HIKU FOR MANY MANY REASONS NOT JUST THEIR westcoastDOJA OPERATION. I invest with management first and foremost ***HIKU/DOJA/TS   HAVE A GROUP OF ALL-Stars assembled imho-proven track records of winners . From ALan ,who started tokyo smoke with his father after many years with google ,travelling the world working on hundred million dollar projects for them .He was a rising star but has bigger plans for himself it seems ****and trent kitch who started SAXX underware company off a 20g student loan from the bank .sold it to start DOJA CANNABIS CO and also owns and operates kitch winery**** ....these are the kind of hustlers i want on the grind with my hard earned cash ***i also dig the Amsterdam/coffee house for a dispensary platform *** i feel this is more inviting then an "in and out" dispensary .time to mingle means more $$$ spent...i also am HUGE ON JACKMAN REINVENTED AND WHAT THEY BRING TO the TABLE. They have transformed many quality brands into money making machines ie DAVE N BUSTERS,FRESHCO,HERTZ,BEERSTORE TO NAME JUST A FEW.....i also see added value in targeting women with VANDER POP as they are underappreciated when it comes to the cannabis consumer (oceanic has a women CEO as well)
TOKYO SMOKE AND HIKU ARE VERY PROGRESSIVE AND WITH THA "TIMES".

they have zero revenues to date : im sorry am i missing something? Has REC STARTED .?
They are REC based so why would they have revenues? They have increased their assets by ten fold in 6-7 months  tho i can tell you that! Give them time tho geez they just formed HIKU LOL--PEOPLE ARE SO IMPATIENT **other than APH who else has been profittable ?

No additional retail licenses? They just acquired a stake in oceanic last week ! which has 5 retail locations and a farm gate location ...

does NOT look competitive in any measure TO get these licenses over any other LP.
---
they certainly did in manitoba when it wasnt a RANDOM SELECTION LIKE SASK WAS!
WHAT DO PEOPLE NOT UNDERSTAND ABOUT A RANDOM LOTTO FOR PERMITS .?

Just like MedMen... HIKU has nothing.
-
WOW ANOTHER MISTAKE ON YOUR PART***CRON INVOLVED IN JV WITH MEDMEN to bring them into canada but they like HIKU OFFER "NOTHING" ??AGAIN YOU "KNOW BETTER" ?
------i think you should just invest in canopy seems like its easier than dyodd on these other LPs

----well we finaly agree on something ** MD*being significantly better than majority of small caps who grow greenhouse pharma grade (medical grade) product...the part you are wrong on is a BIGGER LP wanting MD --

-WHICH BIG BOY  LP WOULD NEED WEEDMD ***?
.CANOPY--CERTAINLY NOT CANOPY THEIR PLATE IS FULL AND DEF NO NEED FOR WEEDMD i could see invictus GENE for canopy before MD **
AURORA--: *ACB  WOULD CRUMBLE WITH ANOTHER MERGER THIS QUICK ***
APHRIA- APH grows cheaper/better and on a larger scale than MD .

so what does that leave?

CRON? Not likely ...they went with a retail partner as well with a JV with MEDMEN-
TRST? They are a buyout target themselves ...
OGI/THCX ---Both have bigger goals in mind than weedmd --like alcohol company or tobacco swooping in ,similar to constellation with canopy ..
.TGOD? -they grow organic "craft" on a large scale and certainly wouldnt convert MD facility to their standards ...and with ACB they have the partner they need ****

so who exactly are you looking for ? Maybe you can touch on this point please***

well so far since announcement, both companies have been slipping with extreme volatility and reality is, please show me how you plan to sell my products with no license and no storefront.
------BOTH COMPANIES SLIPPING .? Weedmd was 1.58 at the time of announcement (april18) ...HIKU IS SLIPPING ABIT POSSIBLY BECAUSE OF THE PREMIUM PAID AND SHARE DILUTION ***BUT ITS MORE LIKE A SMALL CAP ISSUE TO ME IMHO- NAME ONE THAT HAS BLOWN UP RECENTLY.? None trade over two bucks ,with a ton of volatility.
this is because canopy and acb will be supplying the lions share of REC weed day1 --reality is other than them nobody has product to supply .canopy has 88K kg ready and next best is ACB with 42ish***22 from leaf and 20 that they had****----APH RECENTLY STOPPED WHOLESALE TO VAULT THEIR WEED FOR REC**because they were lacking supply .....other then them three all the rest are under 10k kg , i believe CRON HAS 7 k kg ....and a drop off from there......so you can see why the small caps have been getting hammered lately ....2019 is the small caps year to shine not 2018...

have this impression that WMD put up a for sale sign to attract a better offer. HIKU was just the first smart one to realize how cheap we were.[/quote]
-
DO YOU JUST PULL THIS OUT OF THIN AIR. .?? Reality is HIKU AND MD HAD/HAVE A WORKING RELATIONSHIP SINCE DAY1 and HAD THIS IN THE WORKS ALL ALONG **THE BOARDS WERE A UNANIMOUS YES TO THE MERGER AND ARE TALKING (weedmd)LIKE ITS ALREADY A DONE DEAL...CHECKOUT HOW HAPPY KEITH IS WHEN TALKING OF THE MERGER AND POSSIBLITIES NOW THEY ARE A FULLY INTEGRATED COMPANY ****

ONE FINAL POINT I WILL MAKE --THE TARGET CUSTOMER FOR THESE LPS WILL BE 18-36 ..MILLENNIALS****nobody i mean nobody industry wide is more in tune with this than Alan Gertner.
