I'm looking to vote this merger off. 

I see zero value in merging with HIKU at this point and if anything, the valuation needs to change. WMD is a steal for HIKU and at this point, showing no benefits or value whatsoever.

Hey perrier-thats unfortunate you cant see the added value of both companies combined rather than standing alone .The vote is still couple of weeks away and i urge you to dyodd on HIKU because you are obviously missing something--- That being said let me get this straight , you see no value in completing the "other" side to your company MD ..? Sure; I'm happy to address your points. 1.) We have long-term senior care contracts, not much right now but definitely something to be developed  and strengthened given Management's history and background. 2.) Seems like meaningless pump with no data or anything other than your words to support. I have multiple, and when I say multiple, I mean almost a majority of my close friends

Perrier The reason that Hiku and WeedMD will merge is simple. WeedMD was already a partner with them early on, so they obviously like what they see in each other, have a great working relationship. Why are they good for each other? because they both see there are huge segments of the population that are not being brought into the story so far. In WeedMD's case its seniors, in Hiku's case
