 Washer has done an outstanding job at keeping the share count down, and continues to do so.


At the time, gold mania was peaking and $4.00 was a good deal, below future intrinsic value of the company. No one expected gold to hit $1180 and the share price to dip to $0.60.

Up until now, DMMs production was not profitable enough to bootstrap continued production before hitting the mother lode. They needed money in Q2 and Q3 and managed to squeeze by with some generous loans. Normally in this situation, retail shareholders get shafted with large vulture PPs.
