RE:Good sex.....

RE:Good sex.....In my opinion, based on the information provided by Keith Piggott, this scandal is as bad Bre X.  It will be informative to see what regulators do in this situation.  Are fiduciaries held to any standards in Canadian capital markets?

Kudos to Keith Piggott, after a short investigation, he should be restored to CEO and we should be able to vote on a new board of directors.

The other directors should be dealt with appropriately based on the investigation(s).  The amendment agreement should be terminated.

Core Gold/Titan should quit trying to sell the false narrative of a takeover premium paid by Titan when there is no guarantees about the share structure after funds are raised.

Titan shoud receive no further benefit from the original deal- when the deal was ammended they were basically able to purchase a large number of shares (without Core Gold shareholder approval) at the price they claimed they were paying for all the shares in the proposed merger.
