RE:Timelines are drawing closer

Tad, as usual thank you for that excellent post.  So many unanswered questions... it’s been stated by others on stockhouse before but I’m going to repeat it.  In my opinion, if I, or anyone else would’ve committed any one of the offences that Core’s board and associates have committed we would be criminally charged. 

In my opinion,  the individuals on the BOD that are working with Titan and against minority shareholders are intentionally stalling the process of reviewing offers in hopes that Vertex debt transfer is approved by Canadian regulators.

-Why has there not been a news release updating the strategic review process?  

-Has the timeframe for potential investors to negotiate a deal ended?


I know for a fact that a few large Canadian, and one international Lawfirm are watching the actions of the board in the coming week.  For all parties invested in Core I hope they don’t try to do anything stupid again.

I hope we can get a fair and reasonable deal done soon that benefits all shareholders.
