I doubt shareholders are getting a fair negotiating process.  Unfortunately, it appears that Core golds Managment is heading towards another embarrassing loss in court.

Now, I’m not some fancy con-man masquerading as a businessman on the BOD of Core Gold, but I wonder how much more profitable in the long run it would’ve been for them if they actually tired to create a profitable company, and make deals that are accretive to shareholders of the company they’re in-trusted to oversee, and are personally invested in.  Javier Reyes, in particularly?  If I owned 1/4 of a company, I wouldn’t let anyone con me into thinking it’s better to destroy it from the inside and then sell it for a fraction of what it’s worth only to dilute honest people’s positions to fractions, while partnering with criminals.

I’m also confused why Mr. Washer, Vertex, Javier Reyes, or any other person or corporation tendering their shares to Titan would trust them not to backstab them, when that’s all Titan as an entity has done to anyone it’s done business with.  I guess these guys just don’t believe in learning from history or in karma.
