Dundee Sells Entire 53.5% Stake in Eurogas International

07:14 AM EDT, 09/27/2021 (MT Newswires) -- Dundee Corp. (DC-A.TO), an independent holding company, over the weekend said its wholly owned unit Dundee Resources sold its entire 53.5% stake in oil and gas exploration firm Eurogas International (EI.CSE) to a group of private investors.

Dundee said it disposed of the 16,646,826 shares in Eurogas solely for investment purposes. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The group has been trimming its portfolio of non-core assets as part of plans to focus on the mining sector. It sold off a cattle business earlier this month.
