And it that pursuit WC will support their investments' "young" business leaders. Do they envision the CEO as part of business leadership or is just short for "young at heart" or relating to the extent of business leadership experience? So inclusive, opening up doors to anyone to get a $300-$400k compensation package. Just wish I had known earlier what exactly I was investing into here so that I would have directed 95% of my investment towards investments with a goal of $ ROI while supporting inclusivity with the rest. Now I am wondering whether instead of being an investor I should apply for a leadership position whereas previously I thought I was not a good high-tech fit.
