Cut the board by half, for the remaining half right size their fees by 75%. Right size executive compensation and turf those that guided the company to what it is today and all those positions that are not necessary for a company this size. Maybe bring back a few that may have left because of the concern of the company direction and let them implement their vision. WC raise its standards and
