RE:Why poor performance?I have no clue! If something bad had happened and been leaked: 
a) it would have lead to a sharper drop in the price, not this steady decline
b) the company would have disclosed it by now

Im holding out hope someone is pushing the price down because they want to buy us out? Maybe that's too hopeful...
