RE:RE:RE:News...NO, this sounds like the end of the line for the Company.

Insiders don't own significant shares.   Looking more and more that they were not able to convert letters of intention into firm contracts due to their precarious financial situation.

I would expect a venture capital firm to swoop in and pick up the Company for the oustanding debt leaving shareholders with very little if anything.

The Company had plenty of time to fix their debt situation but probably ran out of runway.  The lenders have said enough is enough, we won't give you more time.

Sad.  I hope I am wrong, but I doubt it.
