NO, this sounds like the end of the line for the Company. Insiders don't own significant shares.   Looking more and more that they were not able to convert letters of intention into firm contracts due to their precarious financial situation. I would expect a venture capital firm to swoop in and pick up the Company for the oustanding debt leaving shareholders with very little if anything ...more
