RE:RE:RE:Hat TrickWe should all request that the OSC investigate the the actions of Board members (especially Claude Haw) and senior management (Peter Allen) of Draghing does not smell onwave to assess whether they took diligent actions in protecting shareholders' interests when the debtors communicated to Patrick Houston (CFO) that they were demanding repayment of their longterm debt of $17M. It would appear that that Haw and Allen failed to negotiate a reasonable settlement with the debtors. Would appear that some ulterior deal was secretely done with the debtors.
