Hat Trick

The technology was good, the leadership was poor. How can a CEO bring a
Company valuation from 500000 to almost 0 and the CEO is still collecting his pay check.
The same CEO that in early 2000 start his own company and burned a hole on the investor pocket
at the tune of 230 million dollar then ended up at Nortel in a leadership position and you all know
how that ended and now this.
HAT TRICK!!!!!!

We should all request that the OSC investigate the the actions of Board members (especially Claude Haw) and senior management (Peter Allen) of Draghing does not smell onwave to assess whether they took diligent actions in protecting shareholders' interests when the debtors communicated to Patrick Houston (CFO) that they were demanding repayment of their longterm debt of $17M. In my prior post, Draghing should be Dragonwave. Also, shareholders of shares being traded on the TSX were placed at an unfair disadvantage since shareholders of shares traded on Nasdaq could have traded their shares on August 29th, and September 1st before Nasdaq delisting.

Already have.  for those needing the email.  inquiries@osc.gov.on.ca  please attach any actions you think may be questionable.  Do not know how people feel but might be useful to Point to how Toronto exchange needs to be cleaned up or investors will leave.  It will definitely hurt legit start ups to get cash if people bit were to move on to more secure investments

Dragonwvave's website no longer show Peter Allen's name in the Executive Bios section. Peter Allen should have been given the boot over 2 years ago for his poor and pathetic performance.Time for more cleanup, such as getting rid of David Farrar - VP Operations, Barry Dahan - EVP of Global Sales, and Patrick Houston, CFO. Need for new senior management staff who can deliver results.

Are they not going into receivership to pay off creditors. Kinda late to be looking for new directors.

Snowpest.  I have to agree with your hat trick statement.  Seriously sick of this type of record being ok with authority with in the market.  An easy solution would be to create a time period that you are not allowed to be on a board or be an executive of a traded company.  Shareholders and lenders would invest more if the risk was reduced even slightly.  Any idea if ...more
