DragonWave announces director resignations amid delisting


DragonWave (NASDAQ:DRWI) announces director resignations amid the company’s delisting from the Toronto Stock Exchange and Nasdaq.

Peter Allen, Claude Haw, Cesar Cesaratto, and Lori O’Neill all resigned from the board of directors. 

Nasdaq will delist the company tomorrow with the Tokyo delisting scheduled for August 30. 

DragonWave expects the company to remain suspended from trading on both exchanges. 

DragonWave shares are down almost 50% to $0.12.
