RE:Hat Trick

RE:Hat Trick

Snowpest.  I have to agree with your hat trick statement.  Seriously sick of this type of record being ok with authority with in the market.  An easy solution would be to create a time period that you are not allowed to be on a board or be an executive of a traded company.  Shareholders and lenders would invest more if the risk was reduced even slightly.  Any idea if the exec has already moved on or do you think they will get rewarded by the new owners for handing this over at a significantly reduced price.   For once in this situation, I would love to see share holders move on to the new company and Exec.  wondering how they got messed over.
