Is this thing for sure going to 0 or is there still a chance it can survive through this?

Peter Allen,CEO,and Patrick Houston, CEO did not have the balls to attend  the Bankruptcy Court proceedinds today, or hire a lawyer to represent shareholders'interest. Reviewed the Court docuuments today, and came to the conclusion that debtor bank had been in discussions with Patrick Houston to arrange an amicable settlement but Dragonwave management did not respond on a timely basis ...more
