Just listened to the call. Update was mostly a nothingburger, however reading between the lines I'd say the earnout calculation is being debated between DSKE and the Aveda representative.

Yes, I was told over and over they had accrued the full earnout and it was just a matter of auditing. If they decide not to pay now, there should be a lawsuit. I'm sure that Aveda management
