The odds are sky high they do a rollback...DM is a prime candidate for this...shortfall of revs..ballooning float....no cash...it's a classic consolidation scenario

Only thing that stops this are revs growing quickly enough to cover all expenses and pick away at the debt....this needs to happen soon and it needs to be sustained.

As far as the PP it's a full out gamble at this point but it should close is my guess...stay tuned.
