I have been here awhile, but not 20yrs and a lot of this stuff is baked in and they seem to move around a lot and from what I read not much within GTA they seem to move it out of that area. Some of the talking points of the company has also changed and the focus of the said company has changed, and I think it's because no one out side company really knows the proceed of Ciphers instruments where as most know the simple process of the truck units imo
