Meaningless.....
The recent press releases are meaningless. DynaCERT has ZERO financial interest in Cypher Neutron.
Once again, Payne et al are required to raise 17 million to obtain a reasonable stake in CN.
They must start with a 5 million downstroke....
This will not end well for minority dynaCERT shareholders
