takeover

takeover

I am of the opinion that a takeover is coming sooner than later.  Companies are sitting on hoards of cash right now (especially in the oil and gas sector) and they are being pressured by government to put that cash back into the market through dividends, acquisitions etc -- just get it working and not sitting there.   ESN is a great takeover target, and I think the disposition of the Colombian operations and assets is a precurser to the takeover because which ever North American firm is kicking the tires, probably has no interest in doing business in the Wild West ....er I mean South America.  once that's gone and off the books - the takeover will happen and my guess is a price of at least a 50% permium to BV which would be (by my simpleton calculations -- please correct me if I am wrong) about $3.75 / share.
