I guess on the other hand any holder who missed out can still buy the royalty shares on the open market once they get listed or still buy EPL to get them (as it hasn't moved much) from 30 cents if ...more

Btw when your say 'record date' you do mean transfer date yes ??. The record date of holding EPL shares to get the royalty spin out has already passed.

The meeting is tomorrow (Wednesday) to approve the arrangement. Expect the Royalty shares to be in our accounts 2nd to 3rd week of May if the paperwork is expedited. Great close today, lots more ...more

If there is a big hit on Vulcan  think your target is too low.  I expect to see 1.10 in the rearview mirror.  Sullivan was worth 40 billion at todays metals prices.
