1) Make the interim and annual financial statements overdue. Send these statements and all other documents to the BCSC and probably the TSX to respect regulations
2) Pay the TSX fees
3) After that unhalt (trading again)
Positive points:
1) We have claims, properties and projects (subject to the TSX approval)
2) A PP of $2M already approved (at 5 cents and warrents at 10)
3) no rollback for 5 years
4) a real board of directors
