On October 13, 2018, Shareholders approved overwhelmingly all items on the Special and Annual Shareholder meeting agenda.
Included was a 40,000,000 unit private placement each unit comprising 1 share at $0.05, and a two year transferable warrant exercisable at $0.08. Opportunity exists for Accredited Investors to purchase some of the units offered in Private Placement. You must be listed as an accredited investor or a current or past shareholder of the company.
Funds are to be used to complete Annual Financial statements, pay required listing and maintenance fees, pay acquisition costs and all related costs, and fees including outstanding monies owed to Trust company, legal and accounting and regulatory fees.
