Elgin Shareholders meeting those wee

Expecting it's just a formality. The Mandalay share exchange and cash - for - stock
will transpire shortly thereafter.  Looking forward to see Mandalay's growth plans re-opening Lupin etc. I'm taking my max allotted shares in MND as I believe they are acquiring Bjorkdal right when it's hitting all-time high production levels and per-unit costs dropping significantly.  In keeping with Elgin's projections Mandalay will realize up to 150,000 oz/yr in gold in 3 years from this transaction.
