The end is nearA few more days like today and the stock will once again be at half a penny. No matter what happens at this point the management of this company has shown its complete incompetence in running a business. Maybe there is some financial benefit for them in what they did but if there is I can't see it. Maybe they really do all their planning on the back of a cocktail napkin while they are drunk at the bar. There will be no paying off their debt because it costs them more to produce the oil than what they can sell it for. There will be no PP because the RS blew up in their faces and they have lost two thirds of the value in just a couple of weeks. Whoever they owe money to will have this company if they want it and will dispose of it for almost nothing since it has few assets and its producing wells are losing money with every barrel they produce. So barring a miracle of epic proportions this is over but for the crying. They may linger awhile and die a slow agonizing death or they may go away very quickly but they are done with no chance of recovery.
