I was able to trade out of Z, as ZZZOF on the US OTC. Took 5 trades over 6 days to sell 285 000 shares, at an average price of 0.006 US, for a 33% loss. Z will resume trading if the financials are released, but it is possible to exit now. Unfortunately the price has fallen while I was exiting. I started selling at 0.008 US, and finished at $0.005 US. This cannot be done electronically. The broker
