RE:the two big unaddressed bugaboosGlen Kelly's focus is on completing the HPA Plant. From his last presentation, however, you can see that he emphasizes future partnership with Veolia even though they have yet to invest any scratch. It would seem Kelly does not care about dilution or for that matter all us hardworking investors who helped build the company. Yes! The federal and Quebec govts. Along with Crede and Veolia will be given special plaques at the next general meeting while we will applaud from under the wheels of the bus.
