Kelly & 2013 VideoWhen the Video was taken Glenn Kelly had been on the job only 3 weeks. He had no business making such difinitive predictions concerning timelines when it was obvious from the video that that the interviewer was mmuch more familiar aboutor bite than he was. . Kelly bought some time with the refractory issue. In the past year including recently he has made assurances that everything was on track including instillation of refractory material and obviously the financing. He has to produce on these two issues very soon. Kelly and Orbite cannot afford any more delays. I am still assuming that Kelly will not follow in RB's disastrous footsteps unless he falls short on his latest timeline which was espoused when he knew everything there is to know about Orbite's plant and drive to produce 3tpd of HPA.
