Just hope that I am not too far down in the weeds with EIL!

As part of my DD with several equities and when I have spare time and interest, I like to get a flavour for the political temperature in various places - like Hawaii (sovereignist AND Environmental issues), Canada and US (Pipeline opposition), Ukraine (Russian intervention affected a satellite launch for a Canadian Company) and even Wallonia (The mouse that roared). I am always amazed at how interconnected work commerce truly is.

With the TMT, it seems the issues are settling down to processes before shovels. At this point it is a when not whether. The opposition is trying to frustrate through delay . At this point, it is the TMT's proponents to loose through a legal error and be obliged to find another location than Hawaii.
