RE: RE: Hathor comparison -- a summary

RE: RE: Hathor comparison -- a summary

Wolfbay,

I respect all opinions and yours did make me do some digging... it's been a while since the old start of the HAT train so I did some reviewing. Your assumption that AMW is "ahead of itself" may be misplaced if history serves. Have a read. It was a worthwhile exercise for me. I assure you it is accurate. Again, saying something is "ahead of itself" requires context... context which I had provided here.

To review:

1) When HAT announced their initial discovery hole in spring 2008 it was reported much the same as these PLS holes were. Scint readings on a completely new target.

2) HAT had 90% of the discovery, not 100%. Terra held 10%.

3) At the time HAT had 68 million shares outstanding and quickly popped to $1.30 before being halted for assays. That hole was roughly 12m of 5.3%... once those assays were digested by the market, the stock was $2.40 10 days later.

4) AMW is arguably where HAT was pre-assays. HAT had a $90mm market cap at that point. That was before any assays.

5) There's no reason why AMW today isn't comparable to HAT in early 2008 from a "potential" perspective. AMW may even be more attractive since it's so much shallower.

6) 50/90 (relative percentages of deposits of AMW vs HAT) = 55%... so not unreasonable for AMW to have 55% of HAT's "then" market cap.

7) 55% of $90mm = $49.5mm... that would be AMW's comparable market cap today

8) Having said all that, HAT did have $20mm in cash back then, so the company was actually valued at $70mm. Still, $70mm x 55% = $38.5mm. Note that AMW has 13 million shares out currently. They will have no problem raising $5mm in the context of the market here. That might mean 4mm shares of dilution max. So assume 17mm shares post-raise. That would be $2.30/sh for Alpha TODAY in HAT terms ($38.5mm/17mm shares).

9) If you want to wair for assays on hole 24, what do you think the share price will do? HAT was 85% higher after assays came out on their first hole, and arguably our hole 24 looks as good or better than what HAT had in the pipe in the early days. If I follow the same math through with HAT's post-assay share price, I get $4.65 for AMW on that basis.

Yes it'll take time and money, but quite a bit less time and money than HAT arguably, given how shallow the holes are.

It's early days, truly early. And if history is a guide, which it should be, we are going still going higher quite abruptly IMO.
