RE:RE:RE:Canaccord Statement"Devinder Randhawa, Fission Uranium Corp., Fission Energy Corp. and Denison Mines Corp. are the defendants by way of counterclaim." No mention of the Spinco in the lawsuit. The counterclaim is against Dension as well. Posters on this board say this is not material. You you kidding? How does the Spinco imdemnify on this claim? "breaches of British Columbia securities laws, slander".
