New contract?
They report next week, catalysts:
1. new contracts
2. update on Rogers contract
3. progress on NOS contract rollout which is going well I have heard from two sources
4. launch of Tele Columbus later this year
5. new pipeline of smaller contracts from recent acquisition
6. overall market rally, small caps are catching up
7. forced selling by institutions has dried up in the last week
Cash of $1.40/share there is plenty of upside, time to buy
