I am swaying my vote towards Vantage, they make some valid points with regards to Insider share ownership, stock deprecation etc. As shareholders were lucky to get 1 news release per quarter, new blood might just be what the Dr. Ordered.

I agree I owned shares of ComDev, Miranda and Zarlink when they were bought out. I was happy with the miranda and Zarlink premium but not CDV. Its clear that vantage has one end game in mind for ESP

Whatever there plan Espial needs a shakeup, I'm hoping the new board member will stir the pot, he has impressive credentials.
