JV partner or bought out
I had thought that AAA may extend their holdings by buying out FED, especially with all the results of the drilling coming in besides locking in reserves for their future developments. There

Looks great again for FED with STB announcing more Shallow potash and Yara announcing they have taken over control of the JV Ownership increased from 16.7% to 51% ? Yaratakes over project

Sorry Blindbat but this a a 51 % stake in the Sainik Yara JV, Which means they like the basin and I would Imagine are coveting feds assets

It would indeed be a nice outcome - however I am not aware that Yara had in the past ± 16% ownership of FED. Furthermore for them to take a 51% stake it would mean having to make a formal
