RE: RE: RE: RE: Is MMAM making a move for Eacom?

I do not need to read it one more time. The fact that they owned 6.7% was not lost on me - what was lost on me was the significance of them adding less than a tenth of a percent to that after the bid ...more

RE: RE: Is MMAM making a move for Eacom?

I'm sorry -- why exactly is it noteworthy that some firm bought 435 thousand shares of a company with 478 MILLION shares outstanding post the Kelso bid? Is buying 9 one-hundreths of a percent of ...more

RE: counter offer

counter offer

not quite sure what you mean by 38 cents and stock. isn't Kelso a privately owned family business ? so no stock exists ?

Counter Offer

500.00 per board ft getting close. Would it be unreasonable for a producer to offer .38 and some stock? After all, aren't these guys just going to fixer up and sell it to one anyways or parts ...more

RE: lowball offer

I agree. Too where this stock was going, 38 cents is a lowball price. It sounds good to us that bought lots of shares at 9 cents, but,, this stock was going to do nothing but climb for quite some time ...more
