SELL ETR an buy 'in the money' options (expiry in january or longer, strike price of 9 dllr)) of Canfor. Unfortunately there are no options on West Fraser.

The big mover of stock (mutual fund, insurance co, banks, pension funds etc) don't give a damn about ETR. They need big capitalisation stocks to invest in.
