RE: I would imagine the stock is not performing better because investors are anxiously awaiting earnings that are due in late january or early febuary. Investors are also anxious to hear about any news in regards to the formation of the special reviews committee. If there is any positive news from the new committee or if earnings are strong we should see a lot of volume and a nice jump in price.
