Wow ! Four plus years ago this interview was done and soooooooo  many changes. Kilgore is still a great opportunity, simply need to use the money just raised properly and do this RIGHT!!!

From my viewpoint the only things that changed is that those who run Excellon stopped doing what they said they would do and shareholders paid them to do, gave 50% of the company away and gold and silver are up huge.
