RE:RE:VoteI just got around to reading the proxy too. Totally agree, insiders have very little stock ownership. The fact that they are conducting strategic alternatives could prevent them from buying. 

That being said, anyone have a beef with the compensation of the top executives? I think it was like $1.3m for top 6 executives. That's a nice nut considering we aren't profitable or growing.
