Agree Antiguru , I'm voting against the entire board as well. We have two new members and they haven't bought one share on the open market. Seems these guys just sit around quarter to quarter playing cards. The money that was cut back from R&D was going to be put towards the sales team. start selling something!

I just got around to reading the proxy too. Totally agree, insiders have very little stock ownership. The fact that they are conducting strategic alternatives could prevent them from buying.  That being said, anyone have a beef with the compensation of the top executives? I think it was like $1.3m for top 6 executives. That's a nice nut considering we aren't profitable or growing ...more
