RE:Have to be realistic

RE:Have to be realisticBC, you are definitely correct based on what is officially known today about LSG vs. TPW.  Yes, the mill, the mine, the infrastructure all count for big dollars.  The $300 million figure comes from Chris Dupont himself when he was interviewed on camera at PDAC.  Chris is basing his valuation on the HMC model being proven correct at TPW.  Teck is in the process of trying to prove that model.  Chris Dupont thinks, based on EXS's preliminary drilling of 118 holes, that the HG gold exists at depth on TPW in a multi-million ounce deposit.  If true, then his $300 million figure for 30% of TPW is indeed very realistic.  Understand that the CEO of Tahoe thinks the 144 Gap deposit just meters from the TPW border is "just the tip of the iceberg" there.  So when Tahoe bought LSG for a $billion, they did so thinking the assets in LSG were actually worth far more than a billion.  If Tahoe is correct, and Crhis Dupont is correct, then these increased values for LSG and TPW could have some very positive implications for the eventual value of MEK.  We are still in the early stages of what should become a rip-roaring area play once a big discovery is confirmed.
