LSG got bought out at approx $1Billion for 100% of the Property, AND the infrastructure, which cost a ton of cash, So you expect EXS to get $300,000 for their 30% Property which has NO infrastructure and deep lower grade gold ? Really ?? I just hope they get bought out for a decent price, or at least this 30 %, But i'm a realist.

BC, you are definitely correct based on what is officially known today about LSG vs. TPW.  Yes, the mill, the mine, the infrastructure all count for big dollars.  The $300 million figure comes from Chris Dupont himself when he was interviewed on camera at PDAC.  Chris is basing his valuation on the HMC model being proven correct at TPW.  Teck is in the process of trying to
